It has great potential from what I have experienced. More Usb ports than you will ever need. Good features from Gigabyte.
It occasionally hangs in the bios. Actually, I would say it does most of the time. I have tried everything: updating the bios, clearing cmos, disconnecting and reconnecting all the parts and nothing seems to fix it. What's weird is that it will come up with different results. Sometimes the bios hangs right when it powers on, and other times it hangs when its detecting drives, etc. And sometimes it doesn't have any problems at all. Oh yea, and I also got Rev. 1.1 and not 1.2 which has been out for awhile now.
I have confirmed that all of my other parts are not the issue, and that they are in good working order. I never overclocked anything. I think due to the random behavior of the bios whenever I reconnect anything, that the issue is with the wiring on my board. Going to have to pay for rma, which sucks. If my next one has issues and has the old revision, then not only will I go with a different brand, but even possibly a
