Bad Graphics 02/06/2012
This review is from: ASRock P67 EXTREME6 (B3) LGA 1155 Intel P67 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard
Plenty of SATA ports, space for 3-way SLI, and the normal pros with a motherboard.
This board continually drops my video drivers. I sent my graphics card in for RMA twice, and EVGA refuses to do it again because the problem can't possibly happen on the same model card on multiple cards. RAM and CPU diagnostics find no faults with either, respectably. Flash videos on youtube cause my graphics driver to restart, regular videos from my hard drive do the same, games are horribly artifacting and causing all kinds of light and environmental anomalies, Windows programs flash, flicker, checkerboard, lose the explorerframe and its buttons... This problem simply makes no sense, and there's nothing else that could be causing it but this motherboard. I'll be buying an ASUS or EVGA board to replace this, send this ASRock in for replacement, put some cheap parts with it, and hopefully sell it with a different system.
