Best case I've ever had, with a few caveats. 02/15/2012
This review is from: Corsair Carbide Series 400R Graphite grey and black ATX Mid Tower Gaming Case
Corsair sure knows how to make 'em: plenty of room to work, and the cable management's a dream. First full build I've ever done and I ran into almost zero issues. Case is ice-cold with four extra fans (I bought CoolerMaster's SickleFlow 120mm but take your pick).
Corsair doesn't include a manual in the box--somewhat disappointing but third-party sites can tell you how to get the front panel off and the like.
One of the rear exhaust fan's blades was broken when I opened the box. Very disappointing quality control from a company I trust as much as Corsair. Combined with the lack of manual I feel justified in docking an egg.
Advertises 10 fan mounting points, but there are really only 9--unless Corsair considers the PSU to be an extra fan. Also it'd be difficult to install more than four extra and not run into problems with cables.
Don't make the mistake I did: if you buy any extra case fans, install them first. As roomy as the case is, it's REALLY hard to work around the motherboard, power supply and all the cages when you're installing the fans.
