Originally got this mobo last June from the Egg and provided a review then. Overall a good all round mobo if you know mobos and DRAM
Lacking in OC/fine tuning features, not a good thing for a board advertised for OCers, Auto voltages run high so most everything needs to be set manually. Support for XMP is minimal and in the case of 8GB sticks apparently non-existent. Put in a set of 32GB and got the weirdest set of timings ever under XMP, both base and advanced timings...Got the set (which was fine with other makers mobos, running, but had to input each and every timing manually, none or them were correct and some way, way off.
A support ticket to ASRock USA resulted in no answer until a followup a week later, at which time I was told they had NO 8 GB sticks to test with and it had beed forwarded to their HQ, no response from their support in over two weeks now, followups have been ignored. Seems this XMP support is an issue with a number of their mobos...If going with fast sticks or large amounts of DRAM be prepared to go manual. Dropped two Eggs for total lack of support
