This review is from: XIGMATEK Gaia SD1283 120mm Long Life Bearing CPU Cooler LGA1150 Haswell Compatible
Pros:
min to max temps for an 6000+ is 53 to 62 C i was floating around there with the stock heatsink. now i idle at 47....max 56 at load with prime 95. make sure u apply enough thermal compound, it gets squeezed between the "direct contact" pipes in the corners as its clamped. but not too much as too much thermal compound can actually act as insulation. aka heat retention. case ventilation is always important. in from the front out from the back. the best heatsink does no good if the case temp, /ambient temp is too high. very nice heatsink. note: very tall though....my full size case cover barely wraps around it. kind of bulges in the middle lol
Cons:
none so far performing exactly as hoped
