Nice cooler, quality craftsmanship, and cools extremely well. Reduced temps on my GTX 570 by 14ºC @ idle and by 9ºC under load, so I am happy.
Unfortunately, there are two cons, but they are not anything to do with it's performance as a cooler. The first, for the price, it should come with the fans. The second con is the mounting procedure and mounting space required. I know they set it up this was to try and save space from PCi-E slot to PCi-E slot, but I still don't like how the fans must be mounted and regardless, it does still take up some space. If your PCi-E slots are close together, you more than likely will only be able to use "one" of these, depending on your tower. I have two PC's, my towers are the Antec NineHundred Two & Antec TwelveHundred Two, my motherboard's are the Asus Sabertooth 990FX and Asus M5A99X Evo, this cooler works well with both boards because of the multiple PCi-E slots and tri/quad SLi (and Xfire) support, but only in my Antec TwelveHundred Two case. Other than that, it's awsome. Just make sure you have the required space before you get it. It does cool very well.
I ended up attaching (3) Antec variable speed 80mm fans directly to the cooler instead of using the recommended 120mm fans on the included bracket, mainly because the bracket blocked access to my PCi and PCi-E x4 slots. I find it cools better this way too.
