Pros:

Cheap
Holds 2x 3.5 inch hard drives, 1x 2.5 inch, and an optical drive.

It's a very tight fit on the inside, but you can mitigate this by getting a smaller (relative to other mATX boards) motherboard and power supply. You can give yourself even more space by carefully planned positioning of your PSU. It's good that its tight....because when it comes to HTPCs, its either a tight fit or its unnecessarily large.

I managed to fit a blu-ray drive, two 3.5 inch hard drives, and 1 2.5 inch hard drive in here while still keeping the inside nice and neat. Planning and positioning is everything.

Cons:

Screws on the inside are easy to overtighten and strip the threads (off the case side).

It would be nice if there was a pre-drilled hole for CIR (consumer infrared) sensors.

They really didnt maximize their space. If you have fabrication skills you could squeeze another couple 3.5 inch internal hard drives in there. They likely left a little bit of space for larger motherboards, but mine gave me plenty of room (Asrock B75M).

Other Thoughts:

Position your power supply so the large chunk of wires coming out the back is facing DOWN. The optical drive is going to go right up against the PSU and facing the PSU harness down will allow you to get them nice and close.

Use the included rubber noise-isolating hard drive spacers and it'll be whisper quiet.
