_Top notch build quality...

_Provides a thumb rest whereas the competition does not...

_Nice thumb button layout...

_New and improved software (firmware: 1.11/software: with single keystroke assignment functions working properly. Works better with Windows 7 64-bit than SetPoint (G5) ever did...

_Nice weight (I like heavier mice and I weighed the M90 and my fully weighted G5 and they were the same)...

_The M90 could be bigger...

_Dedicated Sniper button (with option to change) could be moved closer to thumb rest...

_Figuring out the software to get the mouse to behave using Hardware Playback, with M90 onboard profile storage, took some time and help...

_No DPI light indicators...

Other Thoughts:

_I've spent a lot of money at the egg, but when it came time to get the M90 I saved ten bucks by going elsewhere...couldn't wait for a sale.

_I mostly play FPS games but I needed a mouse that had more buttons than the M60. I was considering the G700 but decided to save some money and I'm tired of dealing with SetPoint software.

_It's impossible to review a mouse without a subjective point of view. Hand size, hand strength, and grip style all play a role in whether a mouse is right for you. I have medium to large hands, I'm a carpenter so I have a lot of hand strength, and I hold the mouse loosly between my thumb and ring/pinky fingers. Some have complained that the thumb buttons are too stiff, but so far I'm not having a problem using them. It's best to try the mouse before purchasing, but in my case I didn't have that opportunity and I'm very happy with my purchase.

I gave the M90 four stars instead of five because the M90 would have to be perfect to rate five stars.
