well, it actually works, all you people sittin on the fence about this, it does work. I took a risk at baught it and well im pleased! the software for this card is actually excellent. I noticed a good 25-50 ping difference (lower) on my connection (5mb/s cable one) depending on what server i was on in BF3. this compared to the other nic on my evga E770 board.
havnt found any yet. the real key to this card is setting up the software correctly, then you can really fly!
note, there are a couple of settings that will make a huge difference when gaming/downloading. there is a setting called tcp no delay. what that does is when checked, sends out single packets of info, while the default in windows is 2, multiple packets must build up before it sends the info, this is what causes high pings in games. now, however, that 1 packet per send is detrimental to downloading, when downloading the other setting (default) is actually better. so you have to compromise one for the other. since i dont download gigantic files or watch youtube all day, i dont mind having it set to tcp no delay. the more bandwidth you have on your internet connection the less you will notice the download speed drop anyway :P i still get around 500kb-1mb /s download so im fine with it. i highly recommend this to everyone that wants great pings in games!
