deducted one egg because the screw holes could be better. the brass nut in the plastic should have a flange on the opposite side so the force of the screw doesn't pull it out. also, it shouldn't be a round nut because it may spin. this only happened to one screw hole (pulled out and spins).
you may have an issue that if you have a power outage, when the power is restored and you start up your PC, the PRO-57U is gone. then you'll open up the case and replug the USB cables while the PC is on so it gets detected again. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME DOING THAT!
all you have to do is shut down from windows and start your PC again. the PRO-57U will be there again.
same applies if you shut off the PSU of the PC. the PRO-57U will come back on the second boot.
also, no physical interference by the 20 pin adapter on my P8H77-V MOBO. check where your USB 3.0 header is on the mobo and make sure the adapter has room.
