5 out of 5 eggs nice upgrade 10/07/2012

This review is from: ARRIS SurfBoard SB6121 DOCSIS 3.0 Cable Modem

Pros:

upgraded from motorola SB5101. Took speed from 20MBPS to 35MBPS on Comcast. Weeks later Comcast increased default speed from 20 to 50MBPS. I am now getting roughly 53MBPS from my checks. Totally worth the 82 bucks I paid. pretty small profile. No interruption in service since. We are often streaming 2 videos at once and checking email at once. This has not been a problem.

Cons:

single orange light blinks to indicate connectivity. Wish it would just be a steady light like the green and blue lights.

Other Thoughts:

had to get comcast to come out to set it up. The over the phone install didn't work. This was due to various miscommunications with phone operator. Wish I had another isp in my area. Internet has been up without fail since then.
