RMA for DOA drive has failed 12/17/2012
Original drive was DOA. Received a replacement drive. The replacement drive has died in less than 1 week of use.

We are very sorry to hear that your replacement drive did not function so soon after it was delivered. Western Digital does rigorously test and verify all of our drives, prior to shipping, with burn-in and diagnostic tests. We will stand by our warranty policy and replace your drive for you directly.
