Myrebateonline.com, the worst rebate center I've ever seen 01/14/2013

I should have read the previous comments before I placed the order.
I submitted the rebate in Nov, 2012. I didn't see any status update online till Jan 2013.
I called the center. A girl who knew nothing said she couldn't find my submission in their system. She then tried to manually put my submission into the system which she failed. After spending 10 minutes, we finally found it's because I had a submission two years ago with my current email address but my previous apartment address. This made a huge techinical difficulty for her. She said, "Well, in this case, I can't create another account for you using the same email and different address. I can't change the currently existing account's address to your current address either. I have to ask our special team to deal with it."
I then got an email from their special team, was told to fax info to them.
I followed the instruction. Then my rebate got rejected due to missing original upc.
I called again this morning. Politely asking them to validate my rebate. The lady I was talking to was rude, kept saying if the upc were lost in the mail, they didn't have any responsiblity to validate the rebate.
I sent out more than 40 letters during the holiday season. This rebate submission letter with another one sent to the same place, happened to be the only two lost!
If you really would like to deal with this rebate processing center, be sure to get your rebate letter with a deliver confirmation at least although I had not chance to test if that works.....
