Good Case, if-y support 01/21/2013
Love the case, GREAT size, GREAT looks, fans are wonderful and quiet.
USB 3.0 port and eSATA port on the front/top is awesome.
Plenty of room behind the motherboard for cable routing.
The front 5.25" bays have covers that come on and off really nicely.
No sharp edges or anything inside, means nice case to build with.
Lots of drive bays (though the hard drive trays are kind of a pain to get a 3.5" drive into! my SSD was simple to use the tray with though)
Fan controller is a great addition (but see con below!)
My fan controller started out working well. Adjusting the fan speed was wonderful. Then while building, I was routing cables, and disconnected the fan controller power cable, after re-connecting it never came back on.. eventually I saw some smoke coming out of the fan controller board... the pins in the power connecter were loose and made for a bad connection i think.
I've attempted to contact NZXT support, but have had a lot of trouble. I created a ticket in their support ticketing system on their website, and have recieved NO responses there. They simply closed the ticket on me after a few days, with no replies from NZXT support.
I emailed the email address that NZXT has given in some of their responses here on Newegg, and never received a response back from that. I called the support phone number that NZXT has posted here on newegg in some of their responses. The first time i called (on a normal weekday, during normal business hours) I received a recorded message that the office was closed... The second time I called, I was able to speak to somebody who was helpful, and agreed to replace the fan controller but said that they were in the middle of moving, and that they couldn't send anything out until February,and that they'd send me an e-mail with details.. I have not received any email to confirm that this is happening.. so I'll try to wait until February and see if I hear back or if a fan controller is sent.
I just got a bad fan controller, I love the case, and I love the way the fan controller *should* work. When choosing to buy this case I was greatly encouraged at how I perceived NZXT's support by their responsiveness to reviews here on Newegg.. so I'm really disappointed by thier actual support so far. Their support ticketing system on their website seems to be nice, but doesn't seem to work in reality, and calling the phone number that they've posted here may yet work, but I haven't been given any confidence in that so far. The fan controller is not critical to having my computer functioning, so I can afford to give them time to make it right, but if this were something more critical, I'd be really really upset with their support so far.

I looked through our ticket system and it appears that Johnny H. was able to get a new fan controller out for you that solved your issue. Is this correct?
