pioneer quality sound. ease of portability. compact size. remote that runs the ipod when its docked. ipod dock has a lock down on top and it rotates with a door that opens and closes over the ipod to keep out dust, look cool etc. If you have an apple ipod to work with this, its a really sweet unit. the input works great and sounds great if you have music stored on a cell phone or mp3 player.
i started playin with it and am VERY unhappy with the 4gb onboard ram and built in mp3 player they dont work like any old mp3 player. ya know ya just drag and drop ya mp3 to the player and it just works? not happening with this. you have to use some dance/beat software and run ya mp3 through it so ya can change the tempo on it later after its converted. the problem is that not all mp3s convert. maybe 2 out of 10 wont convert so ya wont get all ya mp3s over. and then after all that its stupidly confusing trying to get to the song ya wanna play. its not like a normal mp3 player that ya used to. it would of been better if they had a classic mp3 player function, would of been really easy to implement and would be so nice. if you are a dancer you may like the beat tempo change thing if you can learn how to work it.
very nice compliment to an ipod decent sound quality. but onboard mp3 player is lame in my opinion. expensive but worth it since its pioneer and the quality sound is there.
