Great Case, One Drawback 03/18/2013
This review is from: Antec Nine Hundred Black Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case with Upgraded USB 3.0
Just as a background, I got this case around November and fully assembled in December. So it has been about 3-4 months wtih the case.
Pros - Everything you have read about the cooling, the sturdy case, the awesome look, the blue LEDs. It looks sleek and runs super smooth. The case has a lot of room, but in terms of doing cable management, it became a teeny bit tight to hide all the cables in the background but I was able to do so. Solid case, and I got it for a steal price. I do not see it breaking down anytime soon. *cross my fingers*
Cons - I had to dock off an egg because of the front audio in and out ports. I think they are defective to be honest. The mic input was a dissapointment because when i plug in my mic, the mic cable would sometimes be pushed back out, so i have to make sure its really dug down and it doesnt pop back up. And the audio input for the front dock does not work in one ear. Pretty disappointed with that. =( so I just hook up everything to the motherboard at the back machine but thats like an extra few feet of cable room/looks messy. I had to dock an egg because it was not perfect in this regard.
Call me picky but 5 eggs means perfect, it's close but man oh man...if the front ports worked, I would be the first to tell you this machine is perfect.
