Unit was dead on arrival, I couldn't do anything with it. Plugging it in to a working computer to test it made the thing refuse to boot until I removed it. Wasted quite a bit of time trying to figure out which part wasn't working when putting together the computer, now the entire thing is delayed until I can get a replacement. After all this I get to pay shipping for the privilege of having held their brick so I can RMA it, so I get to pay extra through no fault of my own. Very unhappy with it, very unlike Western Digital.
Will RMA it, though I will be buying a different brand for the second hard drive, already bought an SSD to hold it over until the RMA goes through. Very irritated that their mistake is costing me extra time and money.
