Pros:

Under $100
Enterprise features on factory firmware
flashes to DD-WRT easily via ASUS recovery tool
looks good

Cons:

none

Other Thoughts:

I flashed this router with Tomato USB and its running nice and stable. The factory firmware had alot of nice features too, so you dont have to flash to tomato or DD-WRT

If you do want tomato, make sure to flash to DD WRT first and then to Tomato. You can do this with th ASUS recovery tool.

I wired a spare fan to a usb cord and plugged it into the router, I set the fan on top of the router and now there is no heat coming out of it. Like most routers, it had a little heat but nothing it cant handle for weeks on end. Not a big deal but I like to do fun little mods.

This looked to be the best sub $100 router that had gigabit hardware and could also flash to DD WRT or Tomato. I have been running tomato routers for over 3 years now and not one hint of a problem. I dont plan on ever going to anything else.

ASUS always delivers, motherboards, Video cards, DVD drives, Laptops and now routers. Ive never had a bad ASUS product.
