Pros:
I have a Dell Optiplex 960 and there were problems installing it. The place where the plug goes into the power source sticks out a bit and since i had to put my power source in (seeimngly) upside down, The protruding plug input wouldnt let the PSU get right up against the cage and so i couldnt get the screws back in. I ended up getting a pair of plyers and bending the back of the metal frame around the input and it fits just fine now. I like how the sleeves are in mesh, Makes it look better, However since its hard mesh, The cables are harder to work with. Example: since the cord are "extra long" on this model, the SATA connectors have more wire than they need between each other and it is hard to tuck the unneeded wire any where because the hard mesh wants to hold it straight. Any ways, i got it figured out and powered up. It looks good too.
Cons:
It seems a tad loud, but no so much that its really a huge annoyance. The wire mesh can be a bit of bugger.
Overall Review:
If you have a Dell like i do, Maybe consider getting a specialized Dell PSU that will fit in your brackets and clips.
