quiet, not expensive
The operating system usually crashes and I have to restore. Finally I found it had several bad sectors, I plan to send it back to WD and let them replace it, hopefully it is OK.

It is unfortunate that you are experiencing problems with your Hard Drive. Please note that there are many variables that can result in a failed drive, such as power outages, accidental physical damage, and internal component failure, just to name a few. We understand your situation and will gladly replace your in-warranty drive, as we stand by our products and their associated warranties.
