How did a 1 year subscription turn into 6 months? 06/08/2013

Purchased on 11/24/2012 from New Egg. Received it quickly as usual
Again purchased on 11/24/2012 -- today is 06/08/2013 - Barely 6 months later, and my license is no longer accepted, the program stopped working and Iolo has lost my account information.
Perhaps they assume customers are unable to read?
You do not treat customers in this manner. They behave like Serif software does about customer complaints, perhaps that is why Serif is always trying to get me to buy it.
Not satisfied at all --- When you sell something with a 1 year license and then shut them off at 6 months you are not conducting business properly, (Newegg won't let me use the appropriate wording here -- suffice it to say I'm quite angry!).
The software quit working suddenly, and when I tried to log in for support, they have lost my registration information.
Not very professional behavior.
