Good board with good features
Died 3 times in 6 months
Hello ASRock. Before I begin, I will say that I have bought many of your products and I have been happy with most of them. What I am not happy about, however, is the level of customer service I have been receiving when I need it. I have a motherboard that has died 3 times in the past 6 months and I have been in correspondence with your support team throughout the ordeal.
At this point I have given up on receiving adequate support from them and will now attempt to elevate my problem. I have attempted multiple times to do this through your customer support representative and have been flat out ignored. I would like to think that I have been more than patient and reasonable with them until this point.
Since buying your Z77E-ITX motherboard, I believe it has spent almost as much time broken and in transit than it has spent in good working order. Suffice it to say that I would like a refund, or at least a replacement that works. This board (or at least the replacement/refurbished/repaired units that I have been getting) obviously does not.
It would not be so bad if your support team attempted to understand and resolve my problems, but I have repeatedly asked questions only to be flat out ignored. If you would like copies of my correspondence with them I will be happy to oblige you.
I begin by posting here. Hopefully someone from your company will reply and attempt to address my issues. I will also be sending letters to attempt to get my problem resolved. I use many of your products and hope to do so in the future.
