HDMI input, great color and brightness (overall great screen), great viewing angle, very well designed wireless keyboard even if you don't need it. Strong wifi reception. Thin! 1/3 the thickness of my less-smart Acer PC monitors. Can be rooted if you're into that.
A bit sluggish in UI, ICS instead of JB - that's why one star knocked off. Two point multi-touch instead of 5 or 10. Doesn't have a traditional monitor stand. Kind of heavy compared to a regular monitor due to the touch screen glass.
Don't think of it as a big tablet, think of it as a smart display you hang on the wall or set on the kitchen counter. There are so many things you can do with this - media client, wall mounted digital picture frame, uPNP renderer, mirror, streaming video such as Netflix, game system, home personal fitness system, home automation, video conferencing, and more. It just takes some imagination! This works great in tight places where you don't need a full PC but want to consume Internet or media. You don't have to use the keyboard and mouse either. I'm wall-mounting mine.
