- 2 (Micro ATX MB) or 1 (ATX MB) External 5.25" Drive Bays
- 2 80mm Fans
Poor Description Leads to Nightmare 07/24/2013
Its small. Supports a decent number of fans and has a decent number of internal drive bays.
Unfortunately, the manufacturer was not forthright in their description. This case is way too small to hold any of the stuff they claim it can. Yes, it will support an ATX motherboard. Yes, it will hold 6x 3.5" hard drives.
- If you use an ATX motherboard, they didn't tell you the power supply would cover all of your PCI slots.
- If you put an ATX or Mini-ATX motherboard in this case you will NOT be able to use more than 4x 3.5" hard drives and might not be able to use more than 2x 3.5" hard drives because your memory, CPU fan, I/O ports or other items will be in the way.
- Many expansion cards will not fit because if they are more than a few inches long or have any cables coming out the back of them they will hit a hard drive.
Long story short - This case is way too small to support any of the hardware you think you're going to put in it. Unless you plan on cramming a Mini-ITX motherboard in it don't expect to put more than 2 hard drives or any expansion cards in it.
This case gets 2 stars instead of 1 because I should've known better than to think a case this small could hold anything the manufacturer claims it could.
