Pros:

Cheap, can output to two monitors with no real problems. Also silent, which is nice.

Cons:

The heatsink was bit dicey. The card was running at about 60C to 65C normally, and about 70C to 75C under full load. Not enough to overheat the card, but still pretty hot.

The heat that was coming off the card was making my primary graphics card overheat while gaming. I bought an aftermarket passive vga cooler for about $10 that dropped the temp down to about 33C (gets up to 40C under full load)

Other Thoughts:

Bought when I needed a second card for a third monitor. Works like a charm alongside my GTX 560 (after the heatsink swap).
