Looks nice, stays cool, and runs very well.
No 'cons', but a bit of an issue that is completely my fault and not EVGA's/Nvidia's (See other thoughts).
I get a bit of whine, but I blame my PSU for it.
If you can't decide whether to go with a HD7970 or this GTX 770, go with this one. This was one of the only times I have not used AMD, and it has been great so far. The speeds are similar, but the User Interfaces of Nvidia's software and GeForce experience are fantastic. I am tired of AMD's poorly created UI.
My biggest complaint is that after I bought it, I decided I wanted to set up a WC loop. The problem is that this card has non-reference PCB and it is extremely hard to find a suitable water block. The ACX fan(s) are awesome, but I like the aesthetics of a WC loop. This incompatibility is my fault, and not a CON at all. If I had thought of WC earlier, I would have gone with a reference GTX 770.
