Pros:

It is priced nicely
supports MIMO (if your network does)
Dual band
Good reception
uses PCI express

Cons:

Not really any cons just annoyed at people who review products and don't take the time to do a little research about the product and the technology it uses. It's frustrating because a lot of people use these reviews to purchase items on this site.

Other Thoughts:

First of all guys, this is a 2.4GHz wireless card and 2.4GHz routers by default only have a 20MHz wide channel. Just to Achieve 100Mbs you need at least a 40MHz wide channel which you will actually get around 75Mbs over the air. So to achieve anything over that you would need to have a network with every device that supports MIMO which most smart TVs, xboxes, laptops, tablets, phones and most other devices do not. So in the "real world" this wireless card does what its suppose to with decent reception and at a good price.
So in the end I doubt most people have a 300Mbs internet conneciton or transfer that many files through their home network to justify trying to achieve the 300Mbs tranfer rate this wireless card is ADVERTISED at.
