It was inexpensive. It fit on my gigabyte mini-itx board.

The worst aftermarket cpu cooler that I have ever laid my hands on. And I've seen many, so that is really saying something.

The bottom of the cooler was very rough with uneven edges, gaps, and gouges. The mounting hardware is also awkward and poorly implemented. I do not mind having to remove the motherboard from the case, but the way this cooler is engineered reeks of lack of quality. The mounting arms do not properly rest against the foam bumpers when tightened and are not spring loaded for AMD systems (why bother providing the rubber bumpers?) and also bend making the screws want to tilt sideways

The fan clips are ultra cheap and shoddy, they do a poorly job of securing the fan and are awkward to use. The fan vibrates against the top of the cooling fins when mounted. The quality of the fan itself is dubious at best.

This cooler failed to do an adequate job of cooling a 65 watt quad core amd apu with the stock thermal paste. Before making my purchase I read several product reviews on the net, and I assumed that most negative reviews were regarding people using ~100 watt processors, which was an incorrect assumption on my part. I reapplied arctic silver 5 and performance did not improve. The heatsink is poorly shaped so the fan does not get optimal coverage over the cooling fins. The cooling fins themselves could also be lengthened in several dimensions without interfering with the overall profile of the cooler - I get the feeling it was done to save on the bill of materials. This heatsink has very little copper in it and is lightweight - the mounting system is completely unnecessary. This cooler would have benefited substantially from a copper baseplate with a decent surface, but it does not have one.

As other reviewers say, the instructions provided are hilariously bad, consult them to look at the pictures only.

Other Thoughts:

For a few dollars more you can get an incredibly superior product from other manufacturers in similar form factors. I didn't do all of my homework ahead of time and thought this product would be acceptable, but it is far worse than the current product rating suggests. I returned this for a refund, gladly paying the restocking fee. Do yourself a favor and skip this cooler.
