Pros:
Got this free with my motherboard (see my specs below). Aside from a brief problem during installation I haven't had any problems - works great with my build. Looking at the other reviews I guess I got lucky.
Cons:
I tried to dual channel with this at first and my mobo would power cycle every 15 seconds, but when I stopped trying to dual channel the RAM everything worked fine. I'm pretty sure I just need to change a setting in my BIOS.
