Perfect for FPS and general use 10/29/2013
This review is from: Razer DeathAdder 2013 Ergonomic PC Gaming Mouse
+Very smooth physical motion
+Very smooth cursor response
+Automatically found on Synapse 2.0 which allows for a ton of customization
+Extra buttons (but not like 50)
+LED's look amazing, even better in person than the stock product image
+Braided cable is awesome, not sure why
+Comes with obligatory Razer stickers
+Buttons are very easy to click, very short throw, i found myself accidentally clicking it when i first installed it
+Works great with the Razer Vespula mouse pad my roommate gave me (he lost one of the rubber feet to it)
+Rubber side grips feel great
+Green goes beautifully with my PC
-Only real con is it's a little pricey. While the price isn't prohibitive, as PC gaming is expensive in general, I still find $60 (at the time of purchase) a little much for a standard wired mouse. That being said, I don't regret spending the money in the least.
-If you are an MMO gamer (like WoW) I recommend getting the Razer Naga, it's what my roommate has and he swears by it. I play mostly FPS so i don't need the extra 12 buttons lol
I'm a poor college student in the National Guard, and I haven't treated myself to anything in a while.. well my G.I. bill finally came in, so I decided to get myself a DeathAdder mouse and Deathstalker keyboard
The Synapse 2.0 software is very well set-up, I bought a Razer DeathAdder mouse and a Death Stalker keyboard at the same time, and when I plugged them both in, they were both immediately recognized by the program, and allowed me to customize each.
Also, for the mouse, you can choose a surface preset to calibrate the sensor to. Of course, one of the presets was the Razer Vespula mousepad that I use, and it even lets you designate which side you're using (speed or control, I use speed).
