mATX z87 hackintosh board recommended by tomnymacx86
bios update is nice. just download bios file to usb reboot into uefi and ba bam!
bios menu is very customizable
immature memory compatibility. 2 sticks great. 4 sticks at XMP cas 8 1600 mhz? not great. I was hoping to crank it up to 2400. Now I have had to downgrade the speed, tweak timings, just taking way too much time / work and now with this p oh s I'm thinking of RMA'ing. All my UEFI asus boards are SO much easier to mess with... in and out BOOM. but not gigabyte - the dual bios idea is nice but they blew it on usability .e.g. the mouse moves like 3x slower than it needs to and it is SO tedious altering simple menu items. it takes g-byte 5 diff pages to accomplish what assus does in 1 or 2. I updated to latest bios f8 - no improvement in mem stability.
got high hopes for 4 sticks? take a pass on this board.
