Pros:

Inexpensive. USB portability, it would be nice if the driver could be contain in the device for installation as needed.

Cons:

As other reviewer(s), antenna is upside down - if you connect in the back of the computer.

Overall Review:

I did a review prior to this and gave the product 1 star. I tried with an Edimax wireless NIC. I ran into the same problem. I used Wireshark to analyze the DHCP traffic. Incorrect DHCP IP 0.0.0.0 was being offered by the Netgear router. This seemed to be a problem with some routers when it came to VMware guest VMs. The work around solution was to NAT the VMs to the host, using VM Virtual Network DHCP service. I couldn't edit or delete my original review so it get 5 stars this time.
