Overall Review:

The MSI Hawk card that NewEgg sent me caused my PC system to crash mere minutes after bootup, often even within seconds. Had to RMA.

I suspect this card was returned before by someone else because it had no plastic shrink wrap around the box and I noticed the box had a scissor cut, but who really knows. After RMA it took over three weeks before I received a new one.

The new one is working fine so far.

Once your information and warranty are verified by the system then you will get a RMA# immediately.
You will receive a RMA email which indicates the turn-around time as well as ship-to address.
