I have a backup....
1 of 3 failed in the first 90 days (so far). The other 2 are in testing.
I meticulously test all my new drives for 30 days BEFORE using them. This one initially passed that process but has failed 88 days after receiving it. Now I have to RMA it, pay shipping, and wait for a random REFURBISHED drive to replace it. Unfortunately there's little choice since there doesn't seem to be any drive manufacturer exempt from unreliable hard drives. I have 2 more of these just purchased in the last 2 weeks that are still in testing.

We stand behind our warranty for the duration of the products provided warranty period, and as such, we are here to support our products regardless of the circumstances. We recommend downloading and running our Data Lifeguard Diagnostics for Windows (WinDLG) utility for Windows users, or running Disk Utility for Mac users.
