Friggin Sweet Case 01/29/2014
This review is from: Fractal Design Define Mini Black Silent MATX Mini Tower Computer Case
This case is hands down the best mid tower case I've ever owned. I've got my current gaming rig in it cooled with noctua fans. Using a decibel meter, this case was quieter than a friend's case which is using water cooling
The wire management in this case is top notch, the drive trays are of solid metal design that have holes to attach a SSD, and the quick locks in the 5.25 bays really keep a solid grasp on on the bluray drive.
The inside of the case fit a 770 GTX without any issues, and if there were the middle drive tray is removeable to allow for larger videocards.
Some might be surprised by the size of this case. It's very close to the same length as a full sized tower, but it is much shorter. Over all, it still saves space while not making system building a pain.
One other thing i noticed, the case doesn't do a good job dampening mechanical hard drive vibration. It's not a deal breaker by any means. It just took me a while to figure out what that very light vibration was on my desk!
I highly reccomend this case for a gamer that wants a quiet case that will cut back a bit on space. It's not a shuttle case by any means, but it will still cut back on space usage.
