Great Power Supply 03/15/2014
This review is from: KINGWIN Lazer Platinum Series LZP-550 550W ATX 12V v2.2 / EPS 12V v2.91 / SSI EPS 12V v2.92 SLI Ready CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS PLATINUM Certified Modular Active PFC Kingwin Inc. LZP-550 Power Supply
The fan can be set to stay on all the time and the design is modular.
The cables aren't exactly perfect to my desires, but I think the solution to this is to make your own (which is well beyond my tech skills).
I've had this for 1 1/2 years now (in fact, recommending it to a friend of mine) and I couldn't be happier.
I'm running a SSD, 2 Western Digital Black HD's, an high end motherboard (ASUS Sabertooth), 5 fans, an i7-3770K (not OC'ed), a Radeon HD 7950 (factory OC'ed) and 16gb of low voltage Samsung memory (also not OC'ed).
Absolutely no issues that I'd attribute to the power supply. In actuality, I have no issues of any kind (knock on wood).
I was hesitant when I first got this power supply, because I've always been an Antec fan and was also looking at Corsair.. but definitely no regrets on this purchase.
