Looks nice, can always be used a 4 port gigabit switch.
Pretty much doesn't work as a wireless device.
I got this to replace an older TredNet I was using as a wireless access point. That one worked for a few years but recently the 5 ghz band disappeared. I should have used that as a warning sign. I picked this one up because it went on sale for $35. Big mistake. Initially it worked well for about 10 minutes. I got some pretty nice benchmarks, but eventually the 2.4ghz stopped broadcasting. I tried the latest firmware update but it didn't help. Unplugging it and plugging it back in works for a few minutes, but it's pretty much unusable. The 5ghz band seems to be better, but that's disappeared a couple times too and the range is dreadful. I thought maybe I would have less issues since I am using it as an access point only, but I am having the same problems as everyone else. But hey, a gigabit switch costs about $35 doesn't it?
