Reformat as NTFS for faster speed 04/11/2014
This review is from: ADATA 16GB UV128 USB 3.2 Gen 1 Flash Drive (AUV128-16G-RBY)
Pros:
I have tried this flash drive formatted at FAT32, exFAT, and NTFS. Under both FAT types it performed at roughly the specs listed, but under NTFS I was getting write speeds in the high 70's to low 90's MB/s.
Cons:
The plastic on top is pretty brittle, and so the drive got a crack in the back end. The irony of this is not lost on me. -1 egg
Had to experiment to find optimal format for "acceptable" USB 3.0 speeds. -1 more egg
Overall Review:
I mainly use this for playing videos on my Roku... That's right, good old Sneaker-net!
