Replacement Drive DOA 04/12/2014
I have ordered 3 WD RED 4 TB drives from Newegg - 2 in an initial order and 1 to replace the DOA one in the 1st order. The replacement drive is also DOA. The 1st shipping charges back to Newegg cost me $10.40. Now I have to ship the 2nd DOA drive back to Newegg, wasting another $10.40. These shipping charges have now cost me almost all my coupon savings I got from Newegg while ordering these drives while the drives were on sale.
Do I dare order a replacement drive from Newegg AGAIN and waste more shipping charges on another WD RED 4 TB DOA drive?
