Very good card! 04/15/2014
+Card runs cool (for a 290X).
+Card looks great in my case.
+Plays Crysis 3 (and everything else) at max everything at 1080p.
+Good card for litecoin mining.
+Heavy, solid feel. Made with high quality components, and constructed very well.
-Tiny bit of coil whine during some games. Cannot notice this while wearing headset, though.
I got it on sale for ~$570 USD. At the time of purchase, it was significantly cheaper than any Nvidia 780Ti offerings, which are the only card that comes close to this currently. In years past, I would have avoided PowerColor like the plague, but they have really come a long way, and made a very high quality product here. I spent about a week deciding on a card before selecting this one. Of the Air Cooled 290X's, only the MSI Lightning performs better, and even then, only marginally. This card is on par, and better than in some games, the Geforce 780Ti, and cheaper. It is a beast to run, though. Make sure you have a well ventilated case with several fans pushing cool air in and a fan or two pulling warm air out.
Will Update review if anything goes wrong. Also, feel free to ask questions if you like.
