Rosewill Tech Support Deletes Emails Seeking Honour Warranty 04/19/2014

Bought this for a system build in late 2011. Cables covered in paracord exterior, with modular plug in setup. Cables are long preferably to reach devices in a big tower. Quiet operation, no issues until recently. It has worked fine up to earlier this year (2014), the PSU partially fried for unknown reasons and thus the computer would not turn on, and i state partially because, though there was a power cable attached to the PSU for power, it was still powering my cell phone charging from USB ports but no main power to motherboard other than mentioned. Tested plugs on powersupply and indeed main power was not functional.
Was more or less satisfied with this PSU unit until this mishap.
After the PSU burned out partially though about a month or so ago, i contacted "TECHSUPPORT@ROSEWILL.COM" for repair with limited warranty as advertised on NewEgg.ca ("Manufacturer Warranty | Parts - 7 Years limited | Labor - 7 Years limited.) and i did not receive any response for that email (which will make sense below). So a PSU was needed immediately and i replaced with a 1300 newer version of the Rosewill Lightning. So that has been installed and it's working so far. So back to the 1000W model by Rosewill that i'm reviewing here that fried on me. So i tried again to contact support at RoseWill.com tonight before typing out this product review, and this time around, when i sent both emails, i added the option to the email for "Request a Read Receipt"... and this was the return email;

Sent: Friday, April 18, 2014 10:50:07 PM (UTC-08:00) Pacific Time (US & Canada)
was deleted without being read on Friday, April 18, 2014 10:58:48 PM (UTC-08:00) Pacific Time (US & Canada).
So i sent another right after this receipt of this above response, and again i got the same return email telling me my email was deleted WITHOUT being read.
Seems Rosewill doesn'care about standing behind their products (as in my case) but more about revenue generation than 7 year limited warranties. Sure the product is not bad at all, mostly good quality components, built well mostly, but when it breaks, don't expect Rosewill to always 'read' your email for product support which is quite angering & unfair practice nor return an email for support of the warranty because lamentably they don't even care to read your email, they just delete them as evidenced above. I bought another of their products (1300w PSU) only because i needed quick setup due to the electrical type connectors so it was an easy switch.
My next PSU won't be a Rosewill unless i have no other choice and they honour the original warranty.
