Works well - had to do additional step 05/09/2014
Inexpensive alternative to OEM high capacity toner cartridge.
When I replaced the cartridge the toner light was flashing and I was unable to print as the printer said it was out of toner. I found this on the customer Q&A section here and it worked for me:
You MUST reset the toner sensor: (1) Leave front cover open with printer off. (2) Hold "GO" button while turning printer on - all panel lights should be on. (3). Release "GO" button. (4). Press "GO" button 2 times. (5). Pause - all lights should be on. (6). Press "GO" button 5 more times. (7). Toner light should be off (error may be flashing). (8). Paper light should be on or flashing. (9). Close cover. The ready light now the only one on.
This is an issue with the printer manufacturer, not the toner cartridge. The process should be less convoluted if you aren't using their OEM toner cartridges..
