Pros:

Still trying to figure that out.

Cons:

Seems to be too aggressively overclocked.
Clueless support staff constantly trying to shift the blame.

So, continuing this garbage saga, I finally figured out the problem with this card and it's not the drivers, it's not some sort of program compatibility. It's the overclock.

Basically, I sat down for five hours trying everything I could to stop the issue from uninstalling display fusion, to bringing my setup down to one monitor. Nothing seemed to work until someone suggested I downclock the card. I told them I already tried using gigabyte's own software (oc guru) to which they informed me that oc guru is apparently garbage.

They linked me to MSI's afterburner software which, for some odd reason, WAS able to downclock the card, so even gigabyte's software can't tell this card what to do it seems. After informing the support staff through email of this development and a video of the crash occurring, (which by the way, they thought was the problem the first time I sent it in.) they, to their credit, sent me a shipping label for UPS to send it back in.

Not wanting to just send it back in just so they could say it's fine just like the first time and send it back STILL broken, I decided to call their tech support.

After a more than thirty minute hold time and a discussion with the rep, he tried to tell me that the card is for pci express 3 motherboards, which I don't have and that some games will "Force the card to output in pci express 3.0". After laughing into my handset at this ridiculous statement, I decided to go down his idiot rabbit hole and pointed out that the card clearly states that it is backwards compatible with pci express 2.0, to which he said yes it is.

Apparently backwards compatible means you just can't play many games to this man. Realizing that the conversation was going to go nowhere past this point, I hung up. I'll now find a pci 3.0 board to slap this piece of garbage in and prove that:

1. This guy is an idiot.
2. This card is messed up.

I'll update again once I send it back in and get it back.

Just to bottom line it, If the card works, it's great for anything you can throw at it, if it doesn't, gigabyte will be a huge pain in the neck that will apparently hook it up to some diagnostic machine that goes "durr, looks fine". Not sure if that's worth the risk when you can pay about 20 more for a much more reputable company's card.

Oh and don't go yelling it's my power supply. I have a 750W power supply. I have tested it and it puts out good power, and the requirement for the card is only 600W. The one thing I wanted to avoid with this build is skimping on the power supply, and it does a fantastic job. (corsair, and I highly recommend it.)
