Wow these things sound great. I don't play many computer games, but I was excited to try these out with my HTC One, while running. The sound is very rich and I was presently surprised as this is my first experience with SteelSeries and head phones. The bass sounded good with plenty of depth without sounding like it flattened out. The highs and mids were present and the overall song sounded "full". I pitted these against my 'in-ear' headphones that came with my HTC One. I was always impressed with the "generic" set that came with my HTC One but this set will now replace those. This set just sounds better. Simple as that. I do love the fact that both head phones share the flat cable design. This really helps things from getting tangled up and twisted.
There are plenty of mounting options to choose from with the small, medium and large silicone tips and the "comply" foam tips. I ended up using the foam tips as I liked how they formed to my inner ear and held in place. The foam tips held up great to me running for a few miles and I believe I only had to adjust them once. The tips are very similar to a high-end set of swimming ear plugs or firing range ear plugs. I did not try out the over the ear hooks as I don't generally like that style of head phones, but thought that was great to be included.
I really liked the right angle connector. I felt that it was less obstructive in my pocket or while the phone was mounted to an arm band.
I had no issues connecting the headset up to my PC audio jacks using the included adapter. It is very easy to pop off the 3.5mm connector and pop on the split adapter.
Overall the style of the headset is appealing. I think they look pretty sleek but aren't so loud that they are distractive.
