Doesn't Boot (DOA). No testing done. 07/22/2014
This review is from: ASUS Transformer Pad Infinity TF700T-B1-GR NVIDIA Tegra 3 1GB DDR3 Memory 32GB eMMC Flash 10.1" Tablet PC Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich)
Pros:
Looks like Nice design., Slim Body. Nice rear texture.
Cons:
DOA, won't turn on. It gets charged and showed green light but unable to boot. I have tried so many options provided on the internet. Wiped the drive, Tried to recover option and nothing worked for me. I wasted so many hours to get it to work and finally called the Customer service and they made me do the same steps I tried earlier and finally told me that its a defective piece and asked me to either return or send for repair. Looks like there no kind of testing done on this.
Overall Review:
I don't understand how an Item gets certified when its not even booting. Its unnecessary waste of customers time and also bad press for Asus. I got tired and wanted refund and newegg said they cant refund for this refurbished item and will send a replacement. I hope atleast this time I get a tablet thats tested and not have to go through the pain. I had high regards for Asus and now I dont have any good opinion on them anymore.
