This review is from: ASUS ROG CROSSBLADE RANGER FM2+ AMD A88X (Bolton D4) SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 HDMI ATX AMD Gaming Motherboard
Pros:
Honestly do i need to explain this, its an ROG motherboard. This is the whole reason i build my wife a computer with an FM2+ APU.
-Future ready, 6 &8 core APUs are around the bend.
-Plenty of Memory headroom
-Plenty of SATA slots
-PCI express gen 3 @16x (8x/8x isn't that impressive but i never really crossifre or sli)
Cons:
Yes it's a little expensive for an FM2+ motherboard, but honestly look at this compared to every other ROG board. its dirt cheap compared to the Maximus Impact i have in my main computer, Even the Crosshair AM3+ is more expensive.
Overall Review:
I have an ROG motherboard standard with all my builds. Never skimp out on the most essential component in a build. Yes your CPU/APU and GPU are important, but a good motherboard will last a few upgrades while those wont.
