- 6 x 256KB L2 Cache
Best purchase of my life 04/10/2016

Pros:
There is nothing wrong with this if you are sticking with the x79 chipset. Obviously there are higher bandwidth models now days, but for the price you 100% cannot go wrong.
I have never gotten it above 80%, as a software developer and media designer, and avid gamer, I mean seriously. I would have to run multiple VM's all running ffmpeg conversions inside Adobe Premier to top this out, and if you are doing that you should probably be going with Xeon at that point.
Cons:
Uhh cons?
Overall Review:
Personally, now that it's 2016, I would wait for the new chipsets that are coming. Let the prices drop a little more before you attain this beast. I paid $10 more for this, 1 year ago.
Zero problems. Love it.
