Extremely let down and disappointed. I have been getting into quadcopters recently, and own a lot of miniature inexpensive ones. I decided to move up to a slightly better model, and got a 70$ one from Propel Direct. I was excited to see that they didn't ship in 20+ days from China like many of the quads. Since it would be one of my better quads, I also ordered an extra pack of 3 batteries + charger.

I was pleased to quickly get a tracking number and to see that I was to receive the package in just 4 days! The UPS correctly listed the package at 3LBs and today it was delivered.

I was dismayed to find a small package, probably less than 1/4 of a LB containing only the batteries at my front door. These were obviously useless without the main, more expensive item, the quadcopter. I triple checked that I didn't receive two tracking numbers or something like that, and sure enough they are both listed under the same one which has a status of "delivered" now.

Rating + 2 Seller won't contact me for return

It's been a couple weeks and I have not heard asnything back from seller about a RMA. They keep saying they are going to contact me in a couple days but we never hear from them. I am disappointed

Rating + 1 Not Worth It

Will only buy products offered by newegg from now on. The Charger I bought from this company became defective within 30 days but after 7 days. Their return policy says the customer has to pay for return shipping after 7 days from invoice. It was a $35 purchase so it is not worth messing with. Also, It was poorly packaged when it arrived.

The order for Duracell batteries was incorrect from Propel Direct. They sent no-name brand instead hoping that I would not notice or pursue. Newegg reps were no help and told me to deal with the company directly. I did that and was given a return authorization label and was told that I would be given a full refund. I returned the batteries the next day and am still waiting for a refund after a month. Newegg should closely monitor the companies that they deal with and take ownership of issues unless they totally support companies that scam customers. I will make sure to protect all of my engineering colleagues by telling them this story. I reordered the batteries from another company and had the correct batteries in two days. I really wanted to enter an overall rating of zero stars but that wasn't an option!

Again, we do apologize for the packing error that occurred originally and guarantee you that it was a packing error and not an intentional shipment of a different brand. Once you notified us of the error, we were happy to offer a prepaid shipping label and full refund once we receive the wrong items at our facility. After receiving your feedback, we did review the issue further and based on the tracking status provided of "delivered", we have processed a full refund as of 6/16. Again, we do thank you for your communication with us and are always happy to cooperate to resolve any issues you may have.

Rating + 1 only received partial order

Seller didn't ship complete order. I ordered the Tenergy bluetooth speaker when it was on sale so i put in an order for 2 of them. I waited before opening the product since it was a gift and the package felt heavy so I put it aside as a gift for some friends birthdays. Little did i know that the box contained only 1 speaker and that it was too small to hold multiple speakers anyway. I don't know if the seller knew since the shipment came strength from the manufacturer but may they are just a front seller for Tenergy Corp. Product was ordered Jan 3 2014.

Incredibly fast shipping at no extra charge. USPS delivery within 3 days of purchase from California to Michigan! Newegg items purchased on the same day via FedEx from Tennessee took a week. Really??!!??!!?!???

Propel Direct has some of the most competitive pricing that I could find online. I'll definitely use them again.

    Product Warranty Time:

    - Non-rechargeable Lithium Primary Cells and Alkaline: No warranty
    - RC Helicopters: Seller Warranty 7 days

    Merchandise Return/Exchange Policies:

    - Order Discrepancies/Dead-On-Arrival(DOA): Please check your package to verify that you have received everything you ordered. Please check for any missing items, items damaged in transit, wrong sizes/colors, packing error or defective dead-on-arrival items. We must be notified of any order discrepancies within 7 days of the date of delivery.
    - Returns: If an item does not meet with your satisfaction for any reason, you are welcome to return it. RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 ¨C 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
