Rating + 1 Terrible experience

I purchased a product and had no update on the order until 3 days after purchase. I contacted the seller and they then issued a shipping label. 2 days later I check the tracking and find out that only the label was created and nothing shipped. A full week after the purchase I get a refund telling me the product was never in stock and my order was being canceled. Apparently the vendor is not the supplier and uses yet another third party supplier for the products. This single experience makes me not want to deal with any marketplace vendors and greatly reduced my faith in Newegg as a whole. Extremely dissatisfied with this vendor.

I ordered a 6 channel with gyro Syma X5C Quadcopter, I recieved a 4 channel X5C quadcopter, I know that they have the. Same name but...couldn't they determined 6 from 4?

Item was a Xmas gift. Item was listed as in stock, order accepted, even received a tracking number. I later received an e-mail saying sorry, out of stock. Options were to wait or cancel. I chose to cancel since I wanted it by Xmas. Ordered from another vendor. Cancellation and refund handled well.

Ordered this on 12-07-2014, Received shipping info 12-10-2014 and 10 days later still no package. Really, I guess I should have bought next day shipping. I guess I shouldn't have trusted Newegg to pick resellers that value Newegg's business practices.

Ordered the Syma X5C Explorer with HDcam for $49,99 on 12/7. Order shows it shipped with a UPS label generated. 11 days after I ordered I now have a refund credited to my account. They are still selling the X5C and it is in stock but now at $64.99. Thanks a lot. Now have to find a replacement gift.

    Merchandise Return/Exchange Policies:

    - Order Discrepancies/Dead-On-Arrival(DOA): Please check your package to verify that you have received everything you ordered. Please check for any missing items, items damaged in transit, wrong sizes/colors, packing error or defective dead-on-arrival items. We must be notified of any order discrepancies within 7 days of the date of delivery.
    - Returns: If an item does not meet with your satisfaction for any reason, you are welcome to return it. You must obtain an RMA and notify us of your desire to return your purchase within 30 days from the original order invoice date. Once RMA is approved, the products must be returned within 14 days of issuance of an RMA.
    - If you return for a refund, any items that were originally delivered to you under the terms of a free standard shipping offer then we will deduct from your refund our fee for Ground delivery.
    - If the item you have ordered is defective, contact us within the specified warranty time frame, and we will replace the defective item for you with an item of equal or greater functionality.     Return FAQs:

    - When and why are restocking fees applied?

    - Does Propel Direct pay the return shipping cost for defective merchandise?

RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 ¨C 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
