The Camera did not come in any kind of a Box and was just simply placed in a Bubble Wrap Envelope. Surprisingly the Camera was damaged. Three Stars 'cause the price was good and the Camera works well! I hope New Egg reads this and advises the seller to package things a little better.. Did you find this review helpful? Max Order Date : 4/24/2013	5/5/2013 3:48:08 PM This is a BAD/Lying seller I ordered a C270 Logitech web camera from quantum-wireless via Newegg. I trusted the third party because of how great Newegg is and its reputation, I figured that if Newegg Trusts them, then I will. I ended up getting a refurbished camera that came horribly packaged. Not in a box, no manual, no CD (drivers), and WORST OF ALL IT HAS LINES ACROSS THE THE SCREEN, its a bad lens, I'm sure they new this, since it looks like it came from someones computer, used and broken. I own 2 Logitech c270 cams and I was able to compare it. They rip off there buyers. Stay away from this company. On top of that, shipping almost took 2 weeks and they didn't even ship it out till I contacted them myself after a week. Horrible, unprofessional service, I hope Newegg recognizes this and stops dealing with them. I am very frustrated because I got this for someone who is in serious need of a camera and I ended up giving my camera away because of this problem. Did you find this review helpful? N/A Order Date : 2/26/2013	4/18/2013 3:06:55 PM Horrible I tried to RMA the wireless access points I bought from this company thru new egg. I tried to RMA thru new egg and received a message from the seller that I need to call them to do an RMA. I called the number provided and was told they would sned me a form to fill out. a week went by and received nothing. Called them again and finally after the agent was able to find my order, I got an email with a link to fill out a form. Filled out the form and waited. Sent another message to the company and was told that the period for the return has lapsed. That I was out of luck. I had talked to the company several times trying to get the RMA done. The package arrived quickly though so I emailed them to get the tracking number to finish up my paperwork. They responded right away. Overall it was a good experience. Return for Sealed Merchandise - Is allowed within 30 days of delivery. Please email us at newegg@quantum-co.com to request an RMA - return authorization.

RMA instructions

Returns must include the original packaging and included accessories (i.e. Manuals, warranty, security seal etc.). Do not write or paste anything on manufacturers packaging. Place return in another carton for shipping so that it arrives safely. If your item is missing any of the above, please do not return it.
