Do I have to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending the package back to Hobby-Estore.com?
Yes, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before you send anything back to Hobby-Estore.com. Return or exchange must be reported within 3 days after you receive the order. We reserve the right to refuse any package without a RMA number on it. 50% restocking fee will be applied to return without the authorized RMA number issued by us.
How do I obtain a RMA number?
To obtain a RMA number, you may send us email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
After obtaining the RMA number, what steps i need to follow to return my order?
a: Pack items being returned complete, with all manuals, cable, accessories, and etc. Items must be packaged appropriately so as not to incur physical damage during return shipping.
b: DO NOT return fuel. The Department of Transportation prohibits returning opened fuel.
c: Include a copy of the original invoice. Include a note in the return package, please write your name, address, email, phone number. Write the RMA number on the outside of the package.

How does the return or exchange process work?
a: Once we receive your return, it normally takes us up to 5 business days to do the return inspection and process your refund or exchange.
b: Should a replacement for a returned item not be available, a credit will be issued or the product will be substituted with one of same-or-better specifications. For that situation, we will contact you via email or phone to make sure you are informed of this and happy with it.
Can I exchange my RMA item for a different item?
No. Sorry but we do not exchange RMA items for different items. We replace an item only with the exact same item type. Should a replacement for a returned item not be available, a credit will be issued or the product will be substituted with one of same-or-better specifications.
Do I pay for shipping the item back to RCToyHouse.com?
Yes, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees incurred to send the item(s) back to us.
(RC Toy House is not responsible for manufacturer defects. We are not manufacturers. Since we are not the manufacturer we split the shipping cost with the customer. The customer pays for shipping to RC Toy House and RC Toy House pays for the shipping back to you. Similar to a walk-in store, we will not send a driver or courier to your house to pick up a defective item you bought in their store. They will not reimburse you for your time and gas money spent to drive back to the store either. However, RCToyHouse.com will use every good measure we have to ensure that you will be able to get the item replaced promptly with as little hassle as possible.)
If i do not like the item i received, can i return it for refund?
Yes, you can return it, however, for non-defective return, 15% restocking fee will apply.
How does a refund get applied?
The refund is always issued back to the credit card used on that order. We do not have store credit. In the case of the initial order being paid by check or money order, we will issue a check for the refund amount.
How long does it take before I see my credit?
Return inspection and credit issuing process normally takes up to 5 business days. You may expect the credit to appear on your statement in around 5-10 days.
How long does it take for me to get the exchange?
Return inspection and exchange processing normally takes up to 5 business days. You may expect the exchange arrived in around 12 business days.

On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.

Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
